NOTICE FOR THE PROVISION OF CONTRIBUTIONS AIMED AT THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES.

AXIS 4 Promote energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy in businesses.
ACTION 4.2.1 Incentives aimed at reducing energy consumption and climate-altering gas emissions of companies and production areas, including the installation of energy production systems from renewable sources for self-consumption, giving priority to high-efficiency technologies.
T.P.A. IMPEX SPA invests in the reduction of energy consumption and climate-changing gas emissions through the following interventions:
– Replacement of lighting fixtures with latest generation LED technology throughout the production and storage area of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products;
– Construction of a photovoltaic system
The project was admitted for contribution under the POR FESR 2014-2020 program of the Veneto region.
The investment will therefore allow, with the replacement of the lighting fixtures, a reduction of approximately 6.1 TOE/year (Tons of oil equivalent) with a reduction of over 53,000 kg/year of CO2 in the atmosphere.
At the same time, the photovoltaic system will allow almost all of the electricity consumed by the production plant to be self-produced.
The aim of the project is to obtain significant savings in energy costs, improve competitiveness and the operating margin.
This is why further investigations are underway through the Energy Diagnosis, in compliance with Legislative Decree 102/2014, to further improve the set objectives.
Energy saving is one of the major issues that contemporary society is called upon to address at a global level: its implementation passes above all through the improvement of energy efficiency and a wider use of renewable energy sources.
